Hey guys, 5'11 185 here. I mostly ski Sugarloaf, and am a former racer looking to get a new set of gs style skis. Never had a carving ski over a 177 and always felt like I was missing something. Would I be crazy to go with the 182?

I don't think it's crazy, especially with more of a GS style of ski like the G9. If you have a race background and are looking for smoothness and stability at speed, the 182 will deliver.
