Do you sell the parts? Those a pillar light mounts for example. Thank you! ❤

Can y’all do this to my 2018 Tahoe lt 4wd
@Nate-zy5ce5 ай бұрын
Will your replacement suspension upgrade on this vehicle drive smoother, more comfortably and quiet on long distance highway drives versus the the stock magna ride and air suspension that comes with it which you removed? If not, is there something you can do to make it so while retaining that extra road clearance that I love about your custom version? Other? I think I'd prefer an 18" or 17" wheel, though a 20"er would be acceptable; if one size had more real snow tire options to use during the winter that wheel size might be the way I'd go. I love the 35" tire size.

I've been searching for hood hinge lighting brackets since I bought my Yukon AT4 3 years ago. Did you manufacture them, or did you find someone that was able to package brackets that didn't hit the windshield?

We bought steel Silverado brackets and modified them. Unfortunately there isn't a bolt on option for these.

That's beautiful. A few questions. Does your Jackal package increase the minimum road clearance of the stock Yukon AT4? What is it? I believe the stock started at 8", and with the adjustable air ride suspension could go up to 9" in 4H and 10" at very slow speeds in 4L, but as speeds increased both would drop back automatically to the 8" range. The current rear suspension did make for a smoother ride, and allow more head room for passengers in the 3rd row, but it hangs so darn low so far towards the center from the wheel that I actually don't care for it. You video above appears to improve on that quite a bit. Though I do go off road, more dirt roads to get to a destination, but I do a lot of long distance highway driving too, so how does the comfort and smoothness of your jackal package compare to the stock on long highway drives with its magna ride and air suspension? I love that you got 35" tires to work, and I love that I could option smaller wheels. A 35" tire with say an 18" wheel would be awesome, AT's except I'd go to real, dedicated snow tires for the winters here in mountainy ski country, Thanksgiving to Easter, so the availability of an optional dedicated snow tire in the right size would factor in for me when I decide wheel size, but generally, the more rubber or sidewall and less wheel the better, as long as it doesn't compromise the best brakes being used. I hear rumors that GM will finally be adding more padding and bolstering to the leather seats to make them more comfortable on longer rides too. I hope so. Oh, and could I get you to add a larger, cold air intake, to increase power and mpg and I suspect performance at high altitudes? I think the latest diesel version will be available in the Yukon AT4 in 2025, but am concerned that they may have sacrificed some of that approach angle to make it fit, so though I would love the greater mpg of the diesel, I'm not sure, but would it be an option with your package? On a side note, I have been considering an Escalade Sport Platinum, but I'd be much more interested in that if I could get 35's on that, not sacrifice the long distance drive comfort, and increase the road clearance, what do you think, possible?
@paxpowertrucks5 ай бұрын
Our suspension setting is just a little higher than GMs highest setting for air ride. So maybe 11" of ground clearance. But then we pick up another couple of inches on top of that from the larger tires. We can totally work with the Escalade and get the same suspension and 35" tires on it. If the front end hangs too low, we do have a bumper option that allows us to trim up the front end for better entrance angle.

@@paxpowertrucks Apparently the Escalade will no longer be available with the diesel in 2025, so I am now leaning strongly towards a 2025 Yukon AT4 with the upgraded diesel engine that will get 305 HP and 495 torque, especially if as I've heard they will be adding more cushion and bolster to the seats. I will want the sliding front center console option too. I am considering a Z71 to get the all black leather seats, assuming there are no other trade offs. I want to get the best of the two. And I anticipate having you do your custom jackal package. I could do the Yukon Denali, maybe the Ultimate if I didn't have to get those brown seats especially, but I'll make these decisions in 2025, and be in touch. Very nice work! I love the road clearance and larger 35" tires with a bit of a poke. Leaning towards white. I don't like chrome except that it does look okay with white, so if I went with black I'd have to get some kind of chrome delete work, maybe that would be included in your package, at least the shinier non-vader chrome.

Do you have any rear locker options to replace the useless rear limited slip differential.
@paxpowertrucks5 ай бұрын
I personally like the limited slip. Full electric lockers are really only good on dirt and are practically un-usable on pavement.
@panaforce5 ай бұрын
@@paxpowertrucks limited slip diff on my ford expedition were useless on unpaved roads in muddy and snowy conditions, which any other pickups or suv (including the old suburban) with lockers have no issue. Suburban is such a good platform for a king size off-road/overland rig, if it could be optioned like the ZR2/AT4X (front&rear lockers and better articulating suspension). Unfortunately there’s nothing like that by any automakers.
@paxpowertrucks5 ай бұрын
@@panaforce our suspension articulates amazing, so we got you covered there. For rear we're limited for diff options, but in front, we could add the ZR2/AT4X front diff/locker and control the locker on a switch. I have a 2019 Jackal with the limited slip rear and it's always been great.
