You can't tune an engine like a sports car if it's going to go in a truck. You don't need that much torque in a light coupe and you can rely on the power however you need the torque to move a big ass truck. So naturally that's why torque/hp compromise occurs while tuning vehicles of different class. Same with the Toyota v6, in the Ls500 it makes the power equivalent to the total hybrid system hp of the sequoia but it's way less on torque.

Vehicles get more expensive due to technology used in them I'm sure a base model of any car is 15k less than the fully equipped version.. and a v8 charger in 2021 is still the same if it's a regular v8 in 2024 ..also depends on the state I've seen a new 2023 v6 dodge challenger foe 23000 ..woth 7500 rebate..

Disengaging pistons is a great technology? You should educate your on the issues with this technology which made these vehicles unreliable and expensive to fix

I remember one time i was just driveing home from work. I live in a very hectic city lots of traffic and people who dont know how to drive. I was in a 4 door sedan an old xg350L. Hyundais first attempt at a luxury sports sedan. I was at a light. There was this big cadillac SUV who would not stop honking at me like crazy. Long story short he is upside down on the side of the road and im just trying to get as much distance from him because he tried to pull a gun and chase me.
