Hey Man Mountain Mike, I’m a Road King guy…period! It’s the most versatile bike in the HD line up. The problem with the RKS is the price point. It’s only $1,000 less than the RG & SG. You get a lot more for the extra $1,000 on those bikes than you do on the RKS. I know for a fact that HD corporate pays attention to this channel. That’s why Man Mountain Mike was invited to Vegas. HD, If you want to move some metal, stick a 121 on the RKS or upgrade it with a 117 and drop the price to 20-21K. Another idea is to put a factory quick detach faring on it , a rear suspension upgrade and leave it at the current price point. That’s my thoughts on the RKS. I’m out for now. Y’all peace out and ride safe.

Not sure why Harley-Davidson continues this " big reveal secret" I don't and bet most customers care for it anymore. It has turned into a really stale marketing tactic. Just release the 2025 like Indian and every automobile manufacturer does. The Softail Standard needs a bigger gas tank more than it does an engine. Their latest earnings release was awful. Whatever price increases come with 2025 is going to be a deal killer unless they come up some promotional rates through HDFS. Also, models that are moving to Thailand production for import back to the US might as well stay on the ship.

We have seen the likes of BMW and Ducati and Triumph having proper navigation options, lane assist and smart cruise control tech together with greater rider mode customization and increased power and torque numbers. The only upgrades on the PAm in 4 years, well, not really upgrades, instead just fixes to the issues plaguing the 1st 3 year model years. Oh, HD did do a quick shifter option upgrade after being criticised by many reviewers for not having it available for the 2021 model.

My list of things I would like to see is a RK standard with chrome/black options. Street Bob 117 with inverted forks. Brink the Softail Deluxe back. Keep the Nightster base model but make the S model with inverted forks and duel disk. The sportster S should be replaced with a modern Roadster with the 1250. I expect the softail standard to go away as all HD has done is constantly jack the price up as they did the evo sportster until they were done away with. The standard is over priced for what it is and pointless when the street bob is just a little more in price.
