Crazy how these car manufacturers have jacked up the prices in last 2 years! I purchased the previous gen CRV EX AWD trim brand new for $27k in 2021(1 year after covid) whose MSRP was $30500. Now MSRP is $35000!!

I went from a 21 Honda accord sport to the 25 crv-exl (I’ve always wanted an SUV-I’m short and hit a lot of curbs and now that I can everything from being so high up I love it lol). Only thing I don’t like is that there is no mount for my phone. ..I know there’s Apple car play which is great but I just have to get used to it! Thanks for a freer video 😊

Good video thank you. I just purchased the 2025 Honda ex. Wished I had went with the exl I suppose the ex will end up being sufficient. I didn’t do my home work. Thought about trading it in for the exl but I think it would cost me more money than I would actually want to lose. By trading up.

thanks for the review. Does a 2025 Hybrid sport L have 2.0L or 2.0L turbo engine? Do you recommend Hybrid or none Hybrid for reliability?

The hybrid is a 2 l non-turbo. I think any CRV is a good option for reliability.

At least there seems to be options in the US when it comes to the 2025 CR-V. Here in Canada we only have 4 trim levels. The LW, The Sport (which is basically the same as the US EX model but has a heated steering wheel, power tailgate, leather steering wheel), then it's EX-L Hybrid and Touring Hybrid. So unfortunately no option for EX-L in the gas powered option, only hybrid and with the hybrid model they cost $50,000. Very expensive. Wish Honda had more trims available for the Canadian market.

We've picked the LX twice due to increased headroom (no stupid sunroof) .. excuse me "moon roof" .. pffft

14:13 it barely functions. Mine goes out all the time. The radio doesn’t work at all and it’s so cheap and so bad. Honda using a free open source radio system they couldn’t even add some color but the outdated Bluetooth technology they use doesn’t pull album information or art. But my CRV Sport Hybrid the screen goes out, the radio for FM doesn’t work and never does esp since they ended adding HD radio. The antenna is so weak. It’s terrible using the interface of the Honda because it’s so boring and bland for being overpriced.

Right? When I purchased the 2023 CRV Hybrid-Sport, I was shocked that for $32k, I had to wire-in my iPhone for CarPlay. I wound up buying a Wireless adapter and giving up the USB-C port. Much better
