Just don't race it too hard. Don't take it to the race track and don't redline it. When the engine blows up, hyundai canada will tell you used it too hard. No warranty repair for you. Next.

The Elantra N wasn't even on my list and when I came across it, I looked at it but still brushed it off as a contender. Now I'm back taking a closer look. @@Awsme thanks! I think it offers a whole lot for the money. Reading and seeing vids on the various sports cars for the 'common folk' is a nice relief from the world and I learn a whole lot. I've driven a manual for the last 35 years and even in my old age of 71 I can't see myself having fun in an automatic. The N at least still offers the manual option.

Love this car. Picked one up (2024) in Performance Blue, 6 MT. She ain't cheap once you add stuff to it like full body PPF (Suntek Reaction) Ceramic Coating the stock rims, and buying a separate set of 18-inch alloy (winter) with performance winter tires, also ceramic coating those. The rust proofing part was the most cost efficient part LOL

My friend has the Elantra N dual clutch. Would have liked it to be the manual, but he said he would of had to wait a month and just pulled the trigger that day. I was a little disappointed with the numbers he told me until I drove it. That thing is a lil rocket, especially in the suburbs. It had plenty of power for what I was doing. But what I was really impressed with is how the car performed. You can actually use a lot of that power and the car stays well controlled, this thing eats up corners & turns . I still wish Hyundai would have pumped up the numbers to 315 HP & 325 torque. Those numbers would have made that car undeniably the baddest compact performance car in the common brand names. I do believe Hyundai missed an opportunity to make this one of the most sought out performance vehicles to buy

If numbers really matter to you, the advertised HP/Torque is underrated from the factory and people have dyno'd them getting the stock #'s as whp which means that it actually does have the numbers you're wishing it had. They didn't miss any opportunity as it already is one of the most sought out performance vehicles.

I’ve seen more than 30 reviews from this car since 2022 and everybody says that if you get the 6 speed manual transmission you don’t get a sunroof. I’ve a 2022 Elantra N 6 speed manual transmission and my car has a sunroof.

25:03, Manual get sunroof also in the canadian spec. In the US only the dct get the sunroof. I know because i am the owner of a 2024 Elantra N manual. Wonderful car :)

Still, the Civic R is a complete BEAST, use the DSG. Super fast.Higher MPH through the qtr, 1 mph, but the Elantra N is 2/10ths of a second quicker. All of that and 30mph. Fast and you can get a free DSG because the Thousands of recalls on that specific transmission

It's definitely a higher price tag than your typical Elantra, and if it's worth it, well that's up to you and what you're looking for in your next vehicle! I read a couple articles about the guy who blew his motor, but everything I read said that he had tuned his ECU...so that would explain why they wouldn't cover it.
