Such a great list of ins & outs. Your journey in 2024 was incredible and you are just glowing - congratulations!! If I may offer a suggestion for editing these types of videos in the future, it would be great if you included some B-roll clips of the things you’re talking about, like your garden & gym makeovers, showing you wearing the straight leg jeans you love etc. Just all the sorts of clips you have already. I loved the video as-is, but just thought that would elevate it a little bit more. Looking forward to seeing you continue to flourish in 2025 x

Happy new year Liza! I deleted Instagram because I got tired of how fake it felt-nothing about it seemed authentic. I’d had enough, and I’m glad I let it go. It’s so easy to lose an hour scrolling without even realising it. Now, I’ve started listening to audiobooks instead, and it’s so much more enjoyable.

I’ve recommended Positivity by Paul McKenna to a friend before-he’s a hypnotherapist, and the book offers great techniques for shifting your mindset from negative to positive. I keep it on the Kindle app on my phone, and whenever I feel down, I take a moment to revisit it. I highly recommend it!

Happy new year! Hope you get a holiday booked soon. We loved Seville as a holiday destination... there are so many historical buildings, churches, cobbled streets, etc plus a lot of the hotels have rooftop pools. We also went to a football match, to watch Seville play. What an experience! The food ( mainly tapas) is incredible. Such a fab place. Only thing is it might be too hot in the summer... we went at the end of April and it was perfect. xx
