Correction: In the video I said there are no adjustments for the rear bench recline. That’s not correct - there are two different adjustment stages. Apologies.

Sat in one at a dealer the other day, it presents significantly better than any of the Chery/MG/GWM stuff in my opinion. Build quality and just general cabin ambience is a lot nicer in this and the design works well in person

Does seem like a better thing than some of the detritus that's out there at the moment... Looks like the result of a 3 way between a Jeep, a Discovery and an Audi but not a bad looking jigger overall apart from the rear end not being symmetrical. Makes my eye twitch!

Ditch the bonnet handles and fake spare wheel hump and handle and it’s a decent little jigger I reckon (but needs a larger engine). Sister got the current rexton when it hit NZ and other than a jiggly ride it’s fine…and I reckon this would be a better pick for her. For years until recently I’ve only owned Germans and while people complain about Chinese/korean built qaulity…have you ever owned an Audi or VW out of warranty ?

@MarthaMansbridge4 күн бұрын
Well SsangYong the brand only appeared in the 80’s. So to most of the world who’ve been able to buy their models - this is the first rebrand of any note. Ownership - well that’s another story entirely. Various overseas owners have successively destroyed the brand but it’s now back in Korean hands and they seem to be doing a good job of it.
