Hi guys. I have a deep thrombosis in the popliteal vein in one of my legs. The blood clot is at about 80% or maybe a little less at the moment. The thrombosis originated after a meniscus surgery I had, and I have been on anticoagulant medication since then. My question is. Can I still perform any kind of physical activities in this condition? I am a natural bodybuilder and I have never taken PEDs, but I wanna go to the gym and train in any way possible and try to maintainmy gains. What do you recommend me to do?

My bp used to reach 170/ 90 so I used telmesertan to reduce bp. It reduced the diastolic pressure significantly to 50 and reduce the systolic little bit from 170 to 160 or 155 only. Plz doc advise on this one what to do ?

I wish the olympia was in another place even if its not the u.s was always in other countries in the past. Costs a ton of money to go see it in las vegas which tons of us bodybuilding fans will never see. You got fans from other parts of the world, even some athletes that cannot come to u.s to compete. Trust me youl sell just as many tickets if not more over seas in europe any day over america. Spread it out and make it fair for others, we got just as many pro shows in europe to u.s

It’s a great idea but it doesn’t make sense logistically with 10 divisions and 400 athletes majority of them living in USA. Yes Brazil has a lot of athletes qualified and Middle East, you have big fans there but they would lose money more than they make because you have the amateur Olympia most athletes are from the US doing it and an expo to recoup money. There was talks of getting into the Las Vegas fear, but that’s $10 million just put 1 foot in the door and I don’t think Jake Wood or Dan Solomon have that kind of money, plus you have to pay the IFBB sanction fees as well because they’re the governing body
