🎮 Playing the great circle feels kind of like Myst with free movement. I know End of Ages has that option, but we all know that wasn't the best in the series and that control style wasn't implemented perfectly. In the great circle, the fighting is pretty boring, the shooting doesn't feel great, but exploring and solving puzzles, myst style, but with freedom of movement, is brilliant. Makes me want to have a Myst game that plays just like the great circle. I want to explore that world again!

🎮🕹 Also, I totally agree, I think it's the year of the course correct as well. AAA Game cycles take many many years now, I think the Live Service model explosion from Fortnite (that worked really well for Fortnite), spawned a lot of money-grabby and over monetized live service games. Some of these games had been in development for years, and now as they all come out of over the last 3 or so years and just bomb, I think they are finally going to have games come out that are a reaction to players wanting games that are game game not new game. I think proof of this is that recently there have been a ton of remakes and remasters, giving players "old games", that were popular because they were actually fun, to buy them time to make real games. This is me being too hopeful XD But I think at a minimum Nintendo will keep making me happy as Xbox continues to make me sad lol

There is no hope. The video game industry in it's unmitigated hubris refuses to repent from evil. The workers are still desperate. The product is still terrible! The state of emulation is a disaster! Nintendo and it's fellow demonic hoard are taking down ROMs and Emulators at a record rate. There is no hope! There is no hope! To these videogame companies: May your days be few and may another take your place! May your buildings be empty and your games unpurchased! Videogame podcasts have never been worse! Also, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is out now! Indiana Jones and the Great Circle? More like "Indiana Jones and the Great Depression!" Anyways, the game is pretty fun. You should give it a play. Sorry, I meant to say, give it a steal! There is no hope!
