I have 5 more days to finish your 1 month pilates challenge and I must say it has improved my posture and form a lotttt !!! My core is tighter and body is toned ! I really hope you come up with another 1 month challenge 💕💕💕 Waiting to try more of your pilates routine 💕

The dead bug exercise one made me pause to figure out my arms lmfaoooo... i could not for the life of me figure out what i was doing, but once i got the hang of it, my core felt the burn coming!!! such a great workout

I usually avoid videos without vocal cues but I follow you for a long time now on tiktok and you are the sweetest and the moves are great! Still not my preference for a class but sometimes I like to use my own music, so it's lovely for those days and workout/exercises-wise, you're 10/10

I’ve been doing your workouts from TikTok since 2022 and I had to stop last year due to my pregnancy. This is my first workout postpartum and it feels so good to be back. Love you and miss you Madi 🫶🏼💗🎀

As someone who really hates working out and isn't in the best shape, this really was an awesome video! Challenging enough to be [roud of myself that I finished the whole thing but not too hard that I quit in the middle. 😅

Love your videos💜💜 would you consider making a workout video that doesn’t involve putting pressure on the wrists? I have arthritis and find it extremely difficult/painful to push myself up and keep myself up

Just a suggestion but do you think you could put like a workout preview in the top right corner of whatever you’re gonna do next? Just makes it easier to prepare for the next exercise thank you!

Hello Madeline! It's my second day to try this hard challenge. i've question in relation of the first day. We need to do sets? Or only w 20 min is all? I want to say, if I do a session of 20 min, I would should I do another set of 20 or only 20 min is enough?

Great workout. But I feel this would be more in an intermediate level. Would also like to see some modifications offered & a little time between each movement to show what the next one is. By the time I’m able to figure out what to do 10 seconds has passed

Is it just as effective if we repeat this same workout every day for maybe like a month ? Or is it better to switch things up daily? I kinda wanna stick to doing one video daily until I get stronger and can follow this with no breaks

i would suggest to continue doing this one until it gets easier!! and then start another that’s a little more intense or even the same level to see how your body feels. Would also suggest that once it gets easier start doing 2 videos and more as you progress

I was starting to feel the burn in the middle of the workout but when us said sweaty at the end I was like "I'm not sweaty, just kind of hot" and I thought I was doing it wrong but idk

Your workouts are really good, but kind of difficult to follow! Adding verbal cues would really help keep track of which side we should be working out, when to breathe etc. Adding these things would truly make you superior

Thank you! I’m working on adding a ‘coming up next’ and also finding a good microphone to use while I workout to record audio as I record the video! I honestly never imagined to get this far on KZbin so never pre planned these things and am now just looking into things like a mic cause I’m like shit I’m at 400k LOL

It’s something I’m considering I just honestly don’t know how (like to get a mic and do throughout the workouts or do a voiceover) I’m starting to take KZbin a whole more serious now so I’m figuring out the best way to do this!!
