Unimpressed with the lack of detail and pride on how these $1k wheels are shipped.

Looks like a pre-owned rim that was installed, taken back off, thrown back in the box, returned, and re-sold. Even the packaging (if you can call it that) looks like someone was in it before you.

I put a chrome DNA 18x3.5 52 spoke front wheel on my 07 road king as soon as it left the showroom floor. In 07. The wheel still looks new. Just recently developed a slow leak on the air valve. The wheel bearings lasted 92,000miles. Everyone has them now soooo, I decided to go with a 19” chrome H-D Enforcer wheel with 11.8 rotors & the new CVO silver Brembo brakes. Couldn’t be happier.

I'd be pissed. That packaging is half ass. The rim is damaged and in poor condition. I'd report them to BBB.

I have a 23" DNA wheel, it was the third one they got for me. And you had to beat the tier on with a rubber mallet, I couldn't use their break rotor, it,was,too large and the break caliper was rubbing on it. The wheel wouldn't turn, once the tire was on. The guy told me "IM NOT CHANGING THAT TIRE" Other,then that it looks good.

All my stuff from DNA came together tire mounted on rim and balanced rotor And rear Polly placed on rim all in one package... Kind of seems like you ordered your stuff in separate orders not all-in-one that's why nothing came together.. I didn't have one problem with anything when I placed it on my bike.

If you read the description on there website it says the spokes are stainless not chrome like the rest of your wheel so they won't be as shinny as chrome they will have a stainless steel look .

Mine look the same way the edge you can't see it cause the tire. And the spokes are stainless steel that's why they are dull.

Ordered a set with the tire package and had nothing but a horrible experience. Got a vibration over 70 mph and the chrome peeled off. 3k for the set and it’s absolutely garbage. Save your money.

It's sad you pay good money and they don't care. I should receive mine from dna on Monday. I ordered the black spoke with chrome nips on the end. 21 dna mammoth front and rear.

Says a whole lot about their company for what obviously sending you a used wheel. They look like they been sitting on bike for a while. I would be mad as fuck for paying that much for that pos wheel. I think it was beautiful when the wheel was made but it just looks like it was sitting on a bike not being rode

that wheel looks like it has had a tire mounted on it and removed. would explain the dullness of the chrome and all the finger prints. but yeah I would not call that brand new. that is factory refurb in my oppion.

wheel is chrome spokes are polished steel, hence he's seeing them less shiny than the wheel.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ride an Indian Chieftain. Bought front and back rims. They sent me wheels drilled for Harley rotors. I was able to put the front one on because it was redrilled by DNA before they sent it to me. Indian has different hubs than Harley. So i was sold a factory defected wheel and charched full price. They lied, and eventually refused to send me a return label for the back wheel to be replaced. Paid $1700 for basically 1 faulted wheel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and read through Google Reviews. They will tell you all that you need to know

The edges are like that because it's a steel wheel. Aluminium wheels are smooth. The spokes are stainless, which you will appreciate later. Chrome spokes flake and pit. As for having smudges on the chrome 🤭 . You complain about nothing. I know where you can get a $3,000.00 front wheel and it's perfect. You bought a budget wheel. 🤓 just because 1k seems like a lot to YOU doesn't mean you got a bad wheel. 🤷‍♂️
