For people who read this; in his book Miyamoto explains what he means by "The Way". There are four different ways one should live by depending on his work. Farmer Merchant Warrior Artist You can read up on them and see what I mean as I don't remember the exact words he used for each. The Way, is your whole life. Your ideals and way of living. Not a path you are taking; but more who you are.

Thank you for this. I am always struck with how similar the philosophical views of truly content and intrinsically free are. Across the planet and throughout history these lessons hold. We need to do a better job crafting our lives and our society to respect this type of wisdom. I need to do better in my day to day. Thanks again.

@@Inner-echoes hello, I cant find any original dokkodo writing. I want to know if is there any writings on explanation of this 21 precepts by Musashi? Or is he just write the precepts without any explanation/commentary?

@@ulungprabowo I do not believe he wrote the precepts with commentary and explanation. We have to remember he wrote it a week before he died so his body and mind were most likely weak and failing. You can buy books with further commentary from experts! Hope this helps!

@@Inner-echoes yes. However, in My experience,Millennials Gen Z largely are open Marxists, and many are unaware they're behind Giovannia Gentile and his Dottrina Fascista/Fascist Doctrine. I'm not calling them Fascists, which Fascism is a very strict Nationalist State and Market Socialism under Fascist Doctrine, but they do unawaringly following many of those planks of Doctrine. Gentile was a Hagelian Socialist. Now, I say this because they do not bow to tangible reality, wanting both the State and the Market to bend to that fantasy, and having more success than I'd care to acknowledge. They'd do so much better looking at Taoist philosophy over 1800-1900s German, French and Italian State and Market Socialist Doctrines that are incredibly genocidal. Scary times we live in, because as much as they focus on Social, State and Market philosophies that imo are beyond broken, spiritually they're a hole, they've no spiritual Doctrine they follow which is apart of why they're so aggressive, why they're unhappy believing this is the way to make everyone happy. It blows my mind because once they get what they want and see that the magic rainbows didn't come, then the mass Graves come believing that may fix it, get rid of wrong thinkers. That won't work either. They bash Christianity, Religious Judaism yet defend Islam not knowing what it is and all the reasons they hate Christianity, Islam is that tenfold. They do it to mass opposition. All the while, they'll never accept reality for what it is and will destroy everything trying to will their ideal world into existence. If they read Miyamotō Musashi, they may not be this flavor and level of insane. Incredibly wise as a Warrior. A man beyond his time and our time. He's an absolute legend for a million reasons whether it's art, his writings, his Samurai system of combat, his philosophy, Jack of many trades and master of them. He's a huge influence on Japanese cinema, Manga and anime, videogames and books. I recommend him to many, read the Five Rings at least.

I use an AI art generator called mid journey! It should be really good if you have a good idea of what you want! You just give it a description and it gives you 4 pictures for each and then you can upscale the one you like! Thank you for watching! Let me know if you need help with anything else!
