My orthodontist/dentists did the 4 extractions before my adult teeth erupted, expanders then braces, then retainers.The expander was turned in the morning and evening. I still have a child size mouth and I also had a chin implant put in when I was in my 20s because of a recessed chin. I have recessed gums and my bottom teeth ended up being crooked in the end. This was after tens of thousands of dollars my family wasted on orthodontics. Im glad this option is becoming more widely accepted. Even in elementary school I noticed my profile was different than other kids and I wish someone had recommended orthotropics.thank you for helping kids to not have to go through what I did.❤️
