Superb sister. I'm also doing the same. But few changes like I took floating rate it reduced from 8.95 to 6.75. then I made a 2.5 lakhs prepayment. Which reduced around 7.5 lakhs. Last is I increased my EMI from 22.5 to 30k. After this 11 years gone

Very happy to hear the news . We also preclosed our loan like you only . Regarding rate of interest , whenever there is reduction in repo rate by RBI, we have to request the bank to reduce to the new rate by paying conversion fee which will be minimal based on the outstanding. That's how we do. But increase in rate will automatically increase the home loan rate also .hope this info helps
