I love Thai food! I love that it's very veg friendly. Also, I got your cookbook for my birthday a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! Hi, just a wee vegan question. Why can’t you have potato chips, as my parents make it the heathy way without frying and only use the actual potato but I notice you only really eat sweet potato fries.
