Lol, that's me on the back of the Donzi at 1:25. We were fishing the Marlin Club Halibut tournament that day. Got a nice 23.2# Halibut to get 2nd place that day. Awesome to see your boat got a toad.

Fished the pens 6 days ago on a Legend 2.5 day! Total chaos!!! Glad we only stayed a few hours. Guy got a 70/80 lb. I went 5-6 with one sawed off! 3x50lb 1x75 and 1x170. Saw a lot of small set ups in your video. Gonna get hammered if you hook up! Great video on that cow!

Greetings from Mr Rene from Curacao. Congrats to you with those catches and hope wisdome gide you to cath many big tuna during this whole year. What are the life bait you did use to catch that tuna ? What are the two best bait for catching big tuna ? For me to know the moon status and position do you remeber the day of the mounth and the time that the big fish did hit your bait ? @R.BOUTH.6457 1st thank you for watching . Im not the guy who actually caught the fish . The Cook on the boat dropped a small knife jig down while everyone was fly lining sardines . He hooked up and passed the fish to fihsing buddy Lee Tanner . The crew took turns reeling the fish in since it was such a fight . Normally these large tunas are caught early morning hours on Knife jigs , eddie bombs and other heavy fall jigs . In the day they are caught on FLyline Sardine, Jigs , Kite setups and trolling .
