Nice video, and yes it is better to test a PS with a load of at least 20mA, to avoid regulation problems, especially during reducing the output voltage.

Could be a half-hour long. Too much superfluous info. Who cares if the background powers up in black or white, and how the corners are shaped from product-to-product. I watch reviews to help decide a purchase. Corner shape has no bearing on suitability.

You missed to test one important thing. Does it generate a voltage impulse on ports when power on. On mine it does - about 1volt impulse. Which is disappointing a bit... I have the same model.

I will try to remember to check for turn on spikes in future product reviews.

it is possible to have the 4 digits on the screen if I have the model SPD3303X-E ?

David Florez - I believe that the supply can be hacked to turn it into the higher resolution SPD3303X.

The button [Fine] should be called Digit.

Michael Kathke - I agree. I just recorded another review on its sister unit the new SPD1305X which looks identical, I will be publishing that within the next couple of weeks.

Please learn how to use the unit before you review it. So much wasted time, could have been done in 10 minutes.

Doug S - I’ve said this many times, I do the reviews this way on purpose, to recreate (not act) how someone would find using the unit for the first time, you get to see the bits that other reviews miss, all the little quirks or oddities that catch you out, it also helps the manufacturer see ways of improving the unit in future as they get to see how someone will find using it for the first time.
