2284 Super Cub Video 2: Fixing Leaking Fuel Tank & Replacing Fuel Lines

In this video we start working on one of our 2284 Super Cub Cadet tractors to make it more reliable. We had it running, but it wasn't running quite right. The choke had to be partially applied to keep the engine running and then it got to the point where it would just randomly die. Add that to what looked to be a fuel leak on the left side of the tank and the vent line between the 2 sides of the fuel tank not being attached to the right side of the fuel tank, and it was definitely time to give the fuel system a make over. These repairs were very inexpensive and look like they should've been made quite a while ago. When looking at the fuel shut off valves we removed from the fuel tank it's amazing that this tractor ran at all!
