I'm 36 and was up at 5 a.m doing this kind of thing the other morning. I've never stopped staying loose and ready. I was never a national champion, all american or state champion but i was a good wrestler who loved the sport. Never stop training even when you're older. This is an exceptional tutorial. Well done sir 👏

I've seen a lot of videos [showing what movements are done] and videos [explaining with a voice why you should do them]. However, I don't think I've seen many videos that explain it with still images and subtitles so that even foreigners who are not good at English can understand it in just a few simple words. So this video is very valuable. Kudos to the channel owner's efforts.

I was born in 1954! I still do martial arts & weight train but never had good basics in freestyle wrestling. In fact, I asked my high school weight training coach about joining the wrestling team and he asked if I had experience , I said none. My coach said it was too late for me to join at 16 yrs of age. There was no youtube for me to teach myself. I went into judo instead.🤨. Anyway these wrestling moves gives me more incentive to exercise but I do it slower. @@ExTrimEast_kpop_lover

Thanks. Many people don’t think about this, but Wrestling is a martial art and along with Boxing, one of the oldest. It is the best base for MMA in our opinion bc it takes the longest to be truly high level in (yes, even more than BJJ. BJ Penn won the BJJ world championship in 3.5 yrs of training. No wrestler has ever done this). BUT, it’s never too late to learn. Get some home mats and practice these moves. That’s why we put this video together. Once you feel comfortable, see if you can find an adult wrestling club that has novice classes. We have that at our gym and there are others out there like us.
