Put the washer/dryer in the upstairs hallway closet. Use the former laundry area to expand the kitchen. I wouldn’t want to drag my clothes downstairs to wash and dry them take it back up to put it away. Bad knees. If possible move the door in the kitchen somewhere else. Maybe on the other side of the expanded kitchen. More grey!! The outside makes me think of the Italian or even French countryside but you’ve made the inside kook like a prison with all that grey! I would paint the outside to reflect the style of the home. Make the downstairs bathroom a 1/2 bath. Put the shower upstairs. I don’t want to walk downstairs, shower, then go back upstairs to dress. If the 2nd bedroom was a guest room I wouldn’t want anyone using it to have to trek up and down stairs to shower either! That huge space between the bedroom and the bathroom would make a perfect en suite and still put in a washer dryer combo. The sitting area in the upstairs bedroom is a waste of space. I might as well quit writing because I would revamp the whole thing. If the sitting area is big enough, put a closet there. I imagine a small chair would fit somewhere else in the room just in case you wanted to sit and read or something. See if a second bath would fit upstairs so if you have company they aren’t using the madter bath!

E le dispense in cucina, fondamentali per lo stoccaggio dei viveri e del pentolame più ingombrante. Casa mia non ha spazio per stoccare niente e sogno la casa a due piani con due lucernai e lunga 10m di Jasper. Buon lavoro ragazzi, aspetto le prossime.

Handy, but don't really want the refrigerator in the LR, or where everyone will run into it. And no open shelving. Don't care to constantly clean grease and dirt of the dishes. And that's an interesting shower for kids 8 and younger.

The kitchen needs more cupboards……..get rid of one of the windows and put a big storage cupboard in the dining area. Really how many windows does one need as long as there is cross ventilation throughout the house?

Nice house, but why don't you guys ever put in a large food storage pantry? A lot of people are starting to can gardens and need the room, not to mention, even if they don't, there's no where to put staples or canned goods. Think about it.
