Bel video. Ma ovviamente eri limitato per via del poco tempo. La Sardegna ha tanto altro da offrire (il maialetto arrosto, la cordula sono tra i più famosi piatti di carne, per non parlare del pesce e di tutto quello che proviene dal mare) però hai fatto un bel video. Gradevole e simpatico sulla città di Cagliari.

I am sorry to say that not all you tried was real cousine of Sardinia. All those focaccia stuffed with everything ... you can find them anywhere in Italy with different products but at the end they are bread with cheese, hams, vegetables, sauces etc etc that each shop is used to sell. They mix so a lot of ingredients that at the end you can't taste anything.

I am not sure what are you referring to, but that mustazzeddu - focaccia in the beginning, I never saw or tried anywhere in the Italy. Not to mentioned that in this bakery they are masters of dough, they know what they are doing, this was better than any focaccia I tried so far.
