Can’t wait for the “I came back to Korea to shop for a week straight” video

I have some middle eastern in my family and recently lost a bunch of weight. I’m 5’10 and went from 230 to 130 lbs. one thing I didn’t think I’d have a problem with after weight loss is my nose. I’d like to start this off with your beauty and grace regardless of choosing to get rhinoplasty is truly mesmerizing. But I got teary eyed seeing you get to get this procedure done. I think sometimes people don’t understand how much a nose can effect an individual. When my face was fuller my nose looked smaller relative to the rest of my face, but being a lot slimmer it’s something that made me feel really masculine and just not myself. It’s hard to feel a certain way on the inside and see something that doesnt match that feeling on the outside. I find it hard to explain because I could cry over my nose but I also don’t think I’m ugly. And seeing your decision it felt like maybe you might understand. I think a lot of people experience this when they decide to get plastic surgery. As someone who has wanted to do this for a long time, im so HAPPY to see that you’ve got on with doing it for yourself. Congratulations. Truly. This will be a new chapter for you.

Whoaaa, how did you lose the weight? I'm 5'10 too and I was so skinny at 165. I can only imagine how I'd be at 130. I bet you feel great!

glad you enjoyed Korea! when I was there I was in the same situation, wanting to visit Japan but unable due to the pandemic (actually at the height of the pandemic I could barely even go to Seoul, even though I was already IN Korea). You laugh about James Cheese but my favorite burger place was literally called John's Burger and I don't think you should feel like a "bad" customer if a place clearly promises a service but then suddenly acts like they know nothing about it! that's their bad customer service, not you

As a person who worked in a hotel before (In Europe so things might be different) if they say they have an extra mattress most of time it's only possible in certain rooms and not all of them. So if someone is asking for it, they have to write beforehand to ask for it and they'll put them to a room where it's possible to have it. But they usually they don't write anything about it on their website (in some hotels) so people think they can just ask for it. xd But it's really bad that they didn't even know what you were talking about. I enjoyed the vlog💕💕
@dominikafinta3960 Жыл бұрын
So basically they can't just ask for it when they arrive.

Glad you liked it in Korea! But just wanted to let you know that blurring out strangers faces would be a good idea~ in Korea it's not allowed to film and post other's faces without their consent. (If the person is wearing a mask doesn't really matter but there were a few scenes where strangers faces were very exposed) Have a lovely day and looking forward to the next video!

I'm not sure if it's illegal but definetly a vlogging etiquette for sure😅 hope she sees your comment for her next videos!

@@FromBusan I also made the same mistake, I simply posted a story and all my Korean followers sent me angry messages saying it's illegal, I learned it the hard way 🥲 so from that experience understood it's illegal bc Koreans were saying that...

@@Mai_In_Korea there's other people in the comments here and they don't mention it so I'm not too sure :(

@@FromBusan "For example, in South Korea, photographing people, even in public, without their consent is considered a criminal offence.". Got the answer from Google. That is why phones in Korea make a sound when taking a photo or turnung on recording, so no one could do it secretly, you can't even turn off that function.
@Call-me-Al Жыл бұрын
The same applies to several European countries: it is illegal to publish/post photos/videos of people where they're easy to identify. This is why the meme Technoviking isn't as easy to find as it used to be, because the actual guy won in court and got the original upload removed.

Those shops are amazing. I'd have bought a box, gone shopping in a big way and mailed the stuff to myself on the last day so I was home when it arrived. They must have Korea's equivalent to the post office on a high street somewhere

I get it, investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run perhaps. 2023 has just been crazy for investors, inflation have me stressed out and worried about the future. I've been in the red for a while now and already losing control. Talking about opportunities, how can I profit 6figs with barely $400k? my goal is buying first house.

I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.

I want to go to Korea but I don't know if I will be able to clothes shop there, I'm a UK 8 womens clothing, would I fit clothes there? When I went to Japan I got asked a few times if I was 'sure' that i wanted to try something on because of how big I was (i was a UK10 at the time, way to kill my self esteem lmfao) so I am a bit worried and I dont know if I should budget for clothes shopping or just skincare If anyone here has been to Korea and knows what the sizing equates to that would be very useful for me, If I dont need to budget for clothes shopping I can go there sooner but seeing how cute everything is I hope I have the chance!
