Wow! Dan, I LOVED this workout! The dips were a little strenuous after the 3rd set. My shoulders were straining more than my abs, but switched it up quickly to crunches and finished them off. Crunches, reverse crunches and frogs are some of my favorites to do. I'll be hitting this one again tomorrow. Thanks for the excellent video & instruction. You're The Best! David

Love love love this workout!! Big crunches and plank fan, I'd not come across this pyramid format before but really worked for me. The first lot of side planks was tough, especially coming down the other side of that pyramid, even 20 secs seemed like ages!! Thanks Dan, best workouts on KZbin!

Always awesome to turn on my phone to a new workout. My son and I both hit it. Love it. Great workout. Question on the side plank dips...does it matter if one foot is on to of the other or on top of the other? I feel it more with one foot on to of the other

Appreciate you, brotha! And so glad to hear you got your son involved in the workout..that's awesome! Regarding the side planks, a stacked position will provide more resistance for sure. I went with a staggered position purely because of the amount of reps -- so I cheated a little. However, a staggered position is excellent when you do side plank reach throughs.

I had shoulder injury from college days ( fell on my bike on black ice). I did 1 set of side plank and modified the other side plank into side crunch with only 10 seconds breaks, the rest of the routines are great

It really just depends on YOU. Depends on your own personal heart rate. How hard you push yourself, how many breaks you take, etc.
