Please like it , I want her to see this. Ma'am, I study for so many hours. And I tend to eat often, peanuts and all the other meals... I want to stay healthy and fit. Can you do some workout for that? Requirements: 5 minute workout - to do in small breaks. 10min 20min 30 min long fat burning workout (intense and low impact &both combined) Mood booting workout - dancing and standing mode ...full chill Stretches for hunch back, round shoulders and all. Walking workout Also, can you specify how much we burn during those workout... Love you Anna..❤ Best wishes everyone ❤

Really love your workouts Anna! I try and follow most of it 😂 would you ever do some which are bit less knee heavy? I find a lot of your workouts are quite a strain on my rubbish knees. I can do a fair few of the exercises but any knee friendly workouts would be much appreciated!!x

I love your channel your what changed me completely. I can say that in the summer time I started becoming lazy and unmotivated and just started giving up or say later. But I came across a video of you showing how hard it was and what you went through and that gave me the motivation I have today to keep working out. I can say I’m at the right weight and feeling healthier then I was a couple months ago. Thank you so much for being a content creator and helping me and everyone else who watched you. I have my own workout routines now based on what I can do and what works around my schedule to keep me motivated and not too tired through the day. Thank you so much. 🙏

So proud of my progress. First few times the jumping parts made me feel close to death 😂 now I can cope so much easier and my breathing at the end of the work out is so so much more controlled compared ❤
