I tend to do your workouts when I’ve planned to do a workout but don’t feel like it. It’s not that they aren’t a workout, they are and I’m sweating and cussing and pushing through it and maybe pausing the video more than I would if I was feeling more up to it. But they always make me feel so good that I’m still glad I worked out in the end. That’s why. Thank you for what you do Anna!!

I've been doing your workouts for quite some time and this one must be one of my favourites! Really loved the music, loved the level and today, 2 days later, still feel the workout everywhere ;) For most of your videos, it is a tad bit too much legwork and not quite enough core strength for me but this one just nailed it. Oh Anna Thanks so much 🥰, it was so intense and amazing. So intense, that I was so glowing 🥵 and sweaty in my face, that our camerasecure system in our building didn't recocnize me and shut off the elevator for me, so i had to call for help, to get up with the elevator to my apartment 😅😅

Anna I have this problem, where I don’t really know how to communicate with the people I know and work with everyday. I’d feel anxious when I see everyone going up and down the classroom and I’d just be lost wondering who do I talk, what will I say and it mostly occurs when we are in groups. I am in grade 9 by the way, and at times I’d feel more comfortable speaking one on one with a person but I know eventually I’ll have to learn how to communicate with lots of people but I just don’t know how, especially on how to control negative thoughts and I end up overthinking about everything and I end up having anxiety and I’d just go out of the class but then it feels like I’m in an un ending cycle, I’m just stuck in one area of my life and it feels like im just procrastinating and not progressing. It would really help if you made a podcast based on this coz listening to your podcasts every morning helps me look forward to changing my life and routines for the better, Anna if you’ll see this message please, please help me out here, I’d really very much appreciate a podcast based on this specifically from you, I hope you see this message, thank you for your workouts I do everyday after school and your podcasts I listen to every morning, they instill or as I can say, change and give me a new perspective of my life and how I’m gunna work hard for it to be like. To Anna: I just want you to know, that you’re changing if not everyone’s life, you are changing mine. Thank you for helping me grow with you everyday. ❤
