Thanks for the content. I have several injuries that limit my mobility, so finding a talented fitness instructor, who creates various workout routines, that doesn’t interfere or make my injuries worse, was difficult to find. 🤣 That was by far the best tabata HIIT I have ever done. You are so creative well done. I really enjoyed it. It was a sweaty one, and when you said another round I was like what the hack but I finished. Great work, I love you loads for this one.

So this was mindblowing in two ways. First, I planned to do only 20 min, because I was in a hurry to get my child ready for school. Then I decided to finish it, accepting, kid will be a bit late because workout was soooo much fun. Second thing: kid came in, saying good bye, no need for Mamas help anymore! So: From today on no more excuses anymore! Finally this workout was a blast. Thank you soooo much Anna!

What the heck was that…? My legs are on 🔥 Anna.. your legs are an inspiration… They inspire me.. Seriously, my legs had started shaking at 70% workout and by 90% I was wobbly and falling and needed support …😓 And I had to take a 5 min break to finish that last extra part … But I was somehow able to finish the 32 min workout in 45 min…🥳 With a lot of breaks….😅 Thank you Anna..💖

The Bible is truth. Please read at least three books of the Bible, Genesis Mathew and one you chose yourself. As you do practice forgiveness, that’s what makes it click. Parents are easiest. They’ve loved you to some degree. It’s actually extremely important to forgive them specifically, that relationship has spiritual significance to God. This is my third week of Tabata. Your double-arm wave at the beginning makes me feel like I'm not doing a workout, just being welcomed to a party by a friend. I held on for the extra round but I was *beat* at the end (and in the middle). Thank you for letting us join your team!

Is been more than 3 years now that you are my personal trainer (my safe gym place). THANK YOU You deserve all of your success. I was willing to leave comment today even before the last unexpected round! (I didn't make it btw..not because I couldn't but I wasn't prepare mentally for more). I love the fact of the motion quotes of inspiration during the session! I appreciate that you never miss the recovery part at the end (and I'm sure that the views are less there). Ahh this was amazing thankyou i am absolutely sweating buckets right now! This is the first video of yours that im doing and I nearly cried doing it as the realisation of how much ive improved settled in as 2 years ago when i began my fitness journey i would never have been able to do this so whilst ive only seen small improvements of my actual body over the years i definately know that my muscles are improving in there strength along with my mental health so thankyou for that!!
