this is exactly what I am trying to build, but might be adding electricity and pluming. Wondering what's the over all cost for this whole project including the tree removal, since i got the same situation. Thanks

tree removal was 3k. Building was just shy if 30k installed. The monolithic slab was crazy expensive but you might not need this in your area. That was roughly 20K after the nightmare to get it done. Spray foam in this building and the other building was 9k total. Well worth it!!!!
