Wow. Loved this arm workout. I am so proud of how I am getting stronger. In some moves I could lift what Chris was. I used to use Barbie Bells. lol. Keep at it everyone. Takes time. But you will see the results.

This was an amazing arm workout. I currently am experiencing some tennis elbow and can’t do some of the bicep exercises however I was able to do all of these except for the finisher. Looking forward to trying this again when my elbow is healthily!

I felt every minute of that but ultimately in a good way.... it really packed a punch. I am under caution from the "shoulder surgeon" for overhead with weights but it is keeping the range that counts and light or even no weights is still massively beneficial. Brilliant, loved it. thank you

I finished PT session and came home and then Melissa came home and wanted to do a workout. How can I say no to her wanting to do more. We did this class and lord the shoulders. I had done your full body (2 classes) yesterday and that was a number of shoulders. Man, I had to do light weights to make sure I didn't get into my neck. Still worth it to keep her on her fitness journey.

I remember asking that deltoid question, watching this video sadly cuz I couldn't do it. Took 3 weeks off of arm work, and while my shoulder is still weak, I started doing upper body gradually and it seems to be getting better with exercise. My husband thought I should wait til it was fully healed but we always have the same argument. I think moderate exercise helps with healing. A lot of peple can't afford PT, even with health insurance . It's sucky. Anyway, glad to be back!!

I loved this workout - it's on my list of favourites now, especially when paired with the abs that followed and then my own yoga ... fantastic way to start the day... Have to say, though, I'm glad I did my daily pushups FIRST or I'm not sure I'd have done them afterwards :D
