I did this in the viewing area of my Kid’s swimming lesson. I didn’t have a loop, but still got plenty of burn! Great small space workout!

Hi linda.i am a fan of ur workouts.i wana decrease my hip fat or glutes fat.this workout is for make butt bigger and up or make butt smaller.i hate my hips.

hi, this one will lift your butt and make your hips smaller, but you also need to decrease fat by eating right and doing some cardio 😊

This was awesome! Ouch tucking the hips really, really increased the burn! I had a hard time keeping my back completely flat with the tuck, but I'm going to do this again next week to practice it more. Thanks so much for these amazing and effective workouts : )

Yes, I agree the tucking makes the range of motion smaller, but it is so much more effective. You can do it with table top leg raises too. It's ok to have the back a tiny bit rounded as long as you don't feel strain on it :)

So I just purchased a set of Fit Simplify bands to take to work and use when I have some downtime. I can't really get on the ground so I was delighted when I found this standing band workout! I'll admit it kicked my butt (and that was with using the lightest resistance bands) but I figure if I can do this during every shift (I work 3 nights a week), I'll be able to work my way up both in endurance & strength (who knows maybe one day I'll actually be able to use the heavy resistance band that you appear to be using)!! Thanks again for another fantastic (and conveniently shorter) workout!!!

Linda, i have glute imbalances. My right glute is smaller, softer and has nearly no crease, my left glute is more plump, more lifted and has a defined butt crease, i mean that smile line right under the butt. I like that smile line but my right glute does not have it while the left one has it perfectly :( I want my right butt to be like my left What can i do ? Should i do more reps on the left for this workout and the other ones ?Thank you

you should get the fabric loops. They never move. They are quite a bit tougher, but you get used to them!

Not really because it's not aerobic, but because you are using large muscle groups you will burn a decent amount as far as barre style workouts go. ☺
