I loved this workout. My fabric bands are brand new, so they barely moved a few inches! I got a great burn 🔥

Amazing leg burner, Linda!! I love your use of the band!! I have a torn meniscus in one knee (not serious enough for surgery but still causes problems) and arthritis in my left knee and the heavy lower body weight training I used to do is a thing of the past for me as it aggravates my knees so much so having these leg burners is something I appreciate so much and I swear the burn I get for this type of training is way more intense then I ever got from heavy weights. Thank you so much for the AMAZING and super effective workouts!!!

yes, these workouts burn a lot more than weights for me too. They use so many smaller supporting muscles, so the burn is more intense!

I worked that hard my band snapped halfway that didn't stop me though I kept going now on the hunt for a new band thanks Linda keep up the fantastic work. On a different topic do you wash your fur baby our new kitten loves water and I am thinking is it ok to wash her ?? thanks kate

haha, I have done that plenty of times. And, tbh, all bands are pretty much the same. They will snap over time. The only ones that don't are the fabric bands.They are so much better. They don't rollup and last forever. They are harder to use at the beginning, but your body gets used to it. I have never washed Mini, but Yoda, being white, had to have a few showers when he got himself extremely dirty. Now that he is 2 he doesn't need them anymore. I personally don't think it is necessary to wash them. They always smell clean and delicious, unlike dogs. Their body produces a special grooming saliva that cleans and I believe has disinfectant properties. If your kitten loves water, let her play in it, but I wouldn't use any shampoo etc.
