I really appreciate this workout as a beginner to mobilty workouts, As person whose stopped excersising due to knee pain, this was fulfilling. I also looked at your knee pain mobility workout and I've been doing it for a few days and seen the difference❤🤗Can i ask you to make some knee friendly dumbbel/no equipment workouts? As someone who loves exercising, sitting still makes me moody, hopefully I'll see them here🏋️‍♀️😢

Just recently stumbled across your content. I’ve been incorporating your videos into my fitness routine and I’ve been loving it! I love that you use a progress bar, timer and keep the modifications showing the length of the move, very helpful and motivating. I usually do the shorter mobility routines on my rest days and after my workouts, but today (my rest day) I had more time, so I chose to do this longer routine. Really fun and good for my joints & muscles ❤

Enjoyed it quite well. I had little trouble with some but the ALT. Shoulder & T-Spine rotation combo was really hard. I guess I need to do more shoulder/spine excercises to open them up.

Simply fantastic! I have a question: I have the impression that one side is a little bit more stiff than the other - would you recommend to split up the length of the exercises accordingly? Let's say instead of splitting up 30/30 sec. maybe 45/15 in favor for the stiffer side? Thank you.

thanks for this one! would you recommend doing mobility workouts while being sore from training the day before? because i absolutely love doing your mobility workouts but i don't know how to plan them in my weekly workout plan (3-4 times per week)

Obviously I'm not Julia, but this is what I do ... Weight lifting 3-4 times a week in the morning. On those days, I incorporate a short mobility video (8-12 min) during my lunch break to keep mobile while my muscles heal. On days I'm not in the gym, I do a longer video (like this one) in the morning (and maybe even a short one before bed, too if I'm up for it)

@@nathaliethxl7215 yes! If you stay immobile after a tough workout, you will stiffen up and it will take longer to recover. Doing frequent gentle movements as you recover from a tough workout can help, as can soaking in a hot bath. Just make sure it's slow, gentle, and you're listening to your body. Even thought you're sore, you never want it to feel painful, if you know what I mean (there's a difference!)

I partially agree with what Camilla said. 🤗 I wouldn’t necessarily do a full on mobility workout when sore (remember: mobility is also a form of strength training!). I would recommend a more relaxing routine (I have so called „slow mobility flows“ which work great) - even simple stretches 😊👋🏼. Mobility workouts are great for days off strength/gym training! Other than that the shorter routines are easy to incorporate into a warm up or can be used as a „daily needs routine“ (morning or evening routines or specific areas you want to work on, e.g. hips). Hope that helps!

sometimes too much weight-bearing exercises too soon! I experienced something similar with handstand training.. the key is not overdoing it in terms of training frequency and volume (they’re a small joint after all)
