DESCRIPTION
Welcome to my TOTAL CHAIR series! These workouts are designed for anyone who can only do seated workouts. They can be done by people who can use both their upper and lower body but have problems with joints or, for people who cannot use their legs, just the upper body portion can be used. They are perfect for seniors or anyone suffering with arthritis. Although they are seated, they are highly effective fat loss and muscle building workouts that will make you sweat and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.
This 25 minute Total Chair Core focused workout is a fun, all seated, cardio and toning routine with lots of variety! The exercises change every 40 seconds and vary between faster paced exercises to elevate the heart rate and slower, more controlled sculpting exercises using light hand weights. There are easier modifications shown throughout and also examples of upper body only modifications! Get ready to sweat and burn!

I liked this - it reminds me of your standing ab work. Thanks to Mini for allowing you to borrow her chair. 🤣 I'd prefer a silent timer (with cues, I don't need to hear the beeps), but I liked that it was easy to see the time progress on my laptop screen even without my contacts in. If I'm too far away to read the numbers, I can still see the color progress around the circle if the contrast with the background is good - not that I'm watching the clock the entire time! 😇

haha, her highness Mini wasn't very happy with me! Yeah, it's a tough one because some people like the beeps so that you don't necessarily have to look at the screen the whole time. The majority of people use their phones, believe it or not. So the timer is usually too small to see for them.

Hi Linda. New subscriber here. I have got the worst case of saggy knee fat. Its so terrible i can't wear dresses, skirts or shorts. Can you please recommend for some of your workouts that help please 🙏🙏
