Love this 26 minute workout😂! My favorite part was intense cardio for 1 minute, then the next minute was often using some large muscles- which still get your heart rate up- but it lets you catch your breath….the Perfect workout! Thank you Chris! ❤😊

I hate HIIT. I have been working out with you for 2 years and it never gets any easier. I can do an hour of advanced step - No problem! - but 25 minutes of HIIT kills me! I have to take a minute to rest between each move. I don't do HIIT often and you tricked me into doing this one because of the step - You got me! - but thanks anyways. Still love working out with you!

I nearly died on the third last move when you said 'halfway there' as I thought you meant we were only halfway through the entire workout and I was about done for. I'm glad these are only HIIT 'style' because they are plenty hard enough for me. That was fun for a change and I'm now really looking forward to the followup mobility class.
