Love this 26 minute workout😂! My favorite part was intense cardio for 1 minute, then the next minute was often using some large muscles- which still get your heart rate up- but it lets you catch your breath….the Perfect workout! Thank you Chris! ❤😊

Did this quick affective HIIT step workout today as there was an internet hitch Christina’s end, but she’d kindly put this one up on her page as a suggestion. I also realised I’d not done this one so an extra bonus as I didn’t know what to expect!! A tough workout but glad to get it done 👏🏻👏🏻

This was a tough fast moving workout! I was dripping sweat after this 😅. I have gotten better at groiners. I really love step HIIT workouts! Thank you Chris so much! The more challenging the better 🎉

Love you're 25 Min - Step HIIT workout - No Repeats - No Choreography it's a great workout and is a really fun one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to especially the step ones it's a brilliant workout

This was hard after leg day, but a good way to finish quickly. I started in with your step videos but I love your other cardio too. I do weights on my own, but I'm sure they're great workouts too.

Great workout. I love shorter workouts and I always tell myself 'its only 25 mins' so I think I work harder. That was a tough one but I did it!

I'm always amazed at how much I get out of these shorter workouts. I loved this one and you kept it moving with not much downtime. Those 60 second rounds are tough, but so effective .

Loved this fun, quick, bit of a 'twist' on step. Chris, you are just the best, and continually switch things up-- daily...while keeping us entertained😊🤣. Loved this, I was sweating buckets by the end! Had a couple of days off as not been feeling so great but back to it today and it makes such a difference to your mental health when you do a work out compared to when you don't. Thank you so much Chris for all of your workouts, glad I found you ❤️

I hate HIIT. I have been working out with you for 2 years and it never gets any easier. I can do an hour of advanced step - No problem! - but 25 minutes of HIIT kills me! I have to take a minute to rest between each move. I don't do HIIT often and you tricked me into doing this one because of the step - You got me! - but thanks anyways. Still love working out with you!

I nearly died on the third last move when you said 'halfway there' as I thought you meant we were only halfway through the entire workout and I was about done for. I'm glad these are only HIIT 'style' because they are plenty hard enough for me. That was fun for a change and I'm now really looking forward to the followup mobility class.
