25 Minute Cancer New Moon Guided Meditation | Cultivate Peace and Radical Self Acceptance

This meditation has been created with the intention to connect you with the energy of the Cancer new moon and to help you identify ways in which you can cultivate more peace in your life and radical love for yourself.
The New Moon in Cancer is a powerful and sensitive time that awakens your inner world, inviting you to nurture your emotional roots and revitalize your connection to your feelings.
Symbolized by the crab, connected to the element of water, and ruled by the emotional, intuitive, and cosmic maternal Moon, Cancer governs the realms of domesticity, security, family, and attachment; The homes we make, and the homes we make of each other.
The tension that exists in Cancer energy, and even in this new moon, is a pull between the steady need to be needed and the waxing and waning pains and pulses of the human heart.
I believe that of all the twelve zodiac signs, the only one who’s lesson is absolutely required, mandatory and necessary for graduation is Cancer’s.
Neurobiologically we are hardwired for everything Cancer takes a stand for; Belonging, connection, belonging to self, belonging to place, belonging with people. In the absence of belonging and connection, there is always cardiovascular and cognitive decline. Unless we understand everything this zodiac sign takes a stand for, we suffer. In this sense, our likelihood of survival depends on the strength of our relationships and our willingness to need and be needed.
Cancer is deeply invested in both survival and the alleviation of suffering. In kind, Cancer season and the Cancer new moon in particular ask you to acknowledge and divert patterns that hinder your evolution or limit your ability to connect, forgive and forge ahead.
It is the hour to love yourself with the unconditional totality and radical acceptance of the maternal ideal. Much is made of the sensitive nature of the Cancer, but know that the more deeply you love yourself…the more deeply you accept yourself…you give yourself limitless access to ineffable joy and sublimeness

Cancer rising and just discovered something big in me… deeply personal and has had a huge impact of who I have been all this time until yesterday (I am 49)… and has had so much impact on many areas of my life, relationships, all of my achievements etc…. unbeknown to me… limiting my true connection to others but more importantly to myself. I now have to strip all of those patterns, behaviours, programmings etc and rebuild So your meditation is the first step of the rebuild of me… whatever way that is going to looks like. So deep profound time for me… a lot of 😭😭😭 for me…. 2 years ago this same Cancer NM also created a profound earthquake like shale of my beliefs system… this time is another level… deeper. thank you for your beautiful meditation 🙏
