Good workout and the cues for maintaining the right form were truly useful. Getting back into KBs after some time, your instructions were simply amazing to get the form correct and not loose the core.

Is the bell going too high on the swing? Shouldn't be using arms at all, right? BTW, this dude was great in Aquaman!
