We are very excited to bring you this new full-length follow-along full body Kettlebell HIIT workout by Scott Viala. This format, both workout and video, is completely new for us at SET FOR SET and we think you are going to love it.
Here’s the breakdown of this kettlebell workout, check it out and then set aside 23 minutes ASAP to crush it!
SINGLE KETTLEBELL FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT:
5 Exercises (each side)
30 seconds work
15 seconds rest
3 Rounds
EXERCISES:
Snatches (Right)
Snatches (Left)
One Hand Swings (Right)
One Hand Swings (Left)
Cleans (Right)
Cleans (Left)
Racked Squats (Right)
Racked Squats (Left)
Push Presses (Right)
Push Presses (Left)
So, when you complete all of the above exercises, that’s 1 round. Then you will do another two rounds. Again, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off until all three rounds are completed.

Disclaimer: If you are a beginner, this workout may not be suitable for you. It is very difficult. That said, if you want to give it a try, use a very light kettlebell and if you still find it difficult, you can set the kettlebell down for a bit and do some of the exercises with a pretend kettlebell just to keep moving. You can also simply slow down your reps.
