► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the workout above. I'll coach you through the entire workout, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Leg Supersets (2 Consecutive Moves Per Circuit)
✅ One Dumbbell Strength Move
✅ One Plyo/Power Move
✔️ 30 Seconds of Work on the Strength Exercise, 30 Seconds of Work on the Plyo/Power Exercise (1 consecutive minute of work total!), 30 Seconds of Rest
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ SUPERSET ONE: SQUATS
1) Strength: Goblet Squat
2) Plyo: Goblet Squat Jack (Modification: Squat Taps)
2️⃣ SUPERSET TWO: LUNGES
1) Strength: Split Lunge, R/L
2) Plyo: Lunge Drops, R/L (Modification: Lunge + Knee Drive)
3️⃣ SUPERSET THREE: DEADLIFTS
1) Strength: Romanian Deadlift
2) Plyo: Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch, R/L
4️⃣ SUPERSET FOUR: LATERAL SQUATS
1) Strength: Lateral Squat, R/L
2) Plyo: Single Sided Skaters, R/L (Modification: Lateral Push)
5️⃣ SUPERSET FIVE: SUMO SQUATS
1) Strength: Sumo Deadlift + Clean Squat
2) Plyo: Wide/Narrow Squat Jacks (Modification: Squat Taps)
