Just finished awesome workout! I've been following the second trimester pregnancy workout regimen. Wanted to say I absolutely agree with what you said at the end. I also could not find any challenging pregnancy workouts on KZbin. I emailed the influencer I was following pre-pregnancy for advice or direction with no response. After searching trial and error I was fortunate to find your channel! The things you mention about wanting to continue feeling strong, athletic and not let being pregnant stop you from building muscle mass--same, same SAME!! Lifting weights helps my inner warrior feel like it's not silenced because I'm creating a life. It makes me feel like I'm training for the big PUSH. Thank you for doing it yourself and putting out this content. I would also like to mention even the softer pregnancy workouts/pilates/stretch videos I did prior hurt my sciatic or gave me back pain. I think because your pregnant you have similar pain and adjust the workout to alleviate those spots. My aches and pains have significantly lessened with following you, again I say thank you. You have been an immense support and help to my pregnancy, I'm sure to many others. Thank you

I've was born with a disability that heavily effects my pelvic area that caused me to lose my baby during my third trimester this last October. I've been following you since then and I've never felt better in my 23 years of life. Having a workout plan that I can do without pain during this emotionally and physically hard time has been a such a godsend. Being able to move and focus on something positive and healthy. I can't express how much of an impact you have had on my life. I was so excited last month to order 10 lb dumbbells, can't wait to reach for 15.

I love the point you made, me it helped me keep going… Something along the lines of…. If you stop strength training when pregnant, you will gradually gain weight regardless, and then you’ll be your weakest at your heaviest. The first trimester was a grueling experience and I tried to walk a mile or so as often as possible. But some weeks were HARD. 2nd trimester and I’m pushing myself again. I’ve missed my active self so much and your videos keep me going. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this workout ❤ you really inspired me when you said "Why do we strength train? because if i don't I'll be my heaviest at my weakest" (or something to that effect). That really resonated with me. Also, when you talked about having a strong body and a strong mind to prepare ourselves for after baby comes and things get harder. Love NML! Been doing 4 videos per week for almost 2 years (with running other days). I think this is a good workout but not very intense compared to many other leg workouts. Only sharing for those non-pregnant. Typically I hit 200+ cal on my watch with a 30 minute NML leg and this was just over 100, not very sweaty. The sumo squats and finisher were great though.

Not pregnant and don't plan to be, but I like the workout and your enthusiasm just the same. Haven't done this workout in a bit because I thought it looked easy. Did it again today and uh - no it's not! I doubled up weights where I could and was a super sweaty and heart pumping workout!
