I loved everything about this workout!!! I am feeling so incredibly invigorated and strong!!!!! And, the Bonus Round was the perfect way to put it all together!!! GREAT Workout!!! 💪🔥👏👏‼️

Really enjoyed this format! It felt good to finally lift some weights. This was fast and furious and I’m feeling the BURN 🔥🔥🔥

Thought this was easy, yeah hinge row ok, BUT! This is Amy, of course it's not easy: hinge, row, up, bicep curl, press, overhead tricep repeat repeat REPEAT!!! Great workout as usual. Thanks, feeling strong this cold January morning, just what I need to get me through the day.

Love any kid k boxing ingredients you insert into the cardio moments….its important to involve all parts of the body in simple and complex ways to keep us sharp and ready….😉

Loved this, my daughter suggested I do it as she said I need to do my exercise! Took aprox an hour and a half in between sorting the children out and their lunches etc, but so glad I’ve done it now! Thanks Amy!

Get strength and sweat in this upper body workout. Start with back-to-basics strength, add some intensity, and finish with bodyweight cardio. Options to go high or low impact.

My arms feel like noodles. Even though I did feel my heart rate go up…. As per my watch it went up to 104 bpm 🤷‍♀️ even thought I felt it should have been more. I guess this was more strength 😅 on to some cardio then 😂
