Thought this was easy, yeah hinge row ok, BUT! This is Amy, of course it's not easy: hinge, row, up, bicep curl, press, overhead tricep repeat repeat REPEAT!!! Great workout as usual. Thanks, feeling strong this cold January morning, just what I need to get me through the day.

Love any kid k boxing ingredients you insert into the cardio moments….its important to involve all parts of the body in simple and complex ways to keep us sharp and ready….😉

Loved this, my daughter suggested I do it as she said I need to do my exercise! Took aprox an hour and a half in between sorting the children out and their lunches etc, but so glad I’ve done it now! Thanks Amy!

My arms feel like noodles. Even though I did feel my heart rate go up…. As per my watch it went up to 104 bpm 🤷♀️ even thought I felt it should have been more. I guess this was more strength 😅 on to some cardio then 😂
