THE BEST UPPER BODY WORKOUT!! I really really loved this one Amy, it got a real burn on, and I loved that the core was really simple with the crunches but super slow to really engage the deep core! This is getting added to my fave list!! ❤

Work your upper body using dumbbells, kettlebells, or both. Start with one exercise, then add on for combos in 30-second intervals.

Loved this, thank you! I found the pulses a bit confusing (couldn’t always work out what range of motion I was supposed to be aiming for), but I will definitely be doing this one again so I’ll have time to get the hang of it! Plus, I almost always simplify or modify the bonus move but I could actually manage this one, so I am very proud of myself 😂

I loved this one back in September and loved it again. I even made a note the last time that this would be a good one to go back to and increase my weights. I did. But wow. 😮It was hard. I hope I can use my arms tomorrow. 🤣 💪🏻

Loved this one! I have a hard time with plank moves because of my wrists so this one was perfect. I love when u burn so bad that it's hard to get through that last set and that was thus workout.
