Running long-distance races (e.g., marathon or ultra-marathon races) and training for them isn't healthy for your cardiovascular system, specially at age 40 something or older. @DrReginaldFinleySr5 жыл бұрын
@Firsthgyhgyhuy Lastujhujhuj I said from birth, not in the womb. Mother's milk is considered vegan BTW. It is not from an exogenous animal source. Ipso facto, the nourishment provided by the mother in utero is also vegan... not from an exogenous animal source. Regardless, veganism is about diet and it is a philosophy. Her diet was vegan since birth as she had no choice in the matter, but she is also philosophically vegan now that has been able to make a conscientious choice. There is neither a contradiction then from suckling a mother's teet to receive nutrition nor receiving sustenance in utero.

I just turned 60 and went vegan 3 years ago after being vegetarian for 10 years. I can't believe the difference cutting out all animal products has made. My skin looks better, my eyesight has improved, I no longer have migraines, my hair and nails have grown thicker, I have more energy and am able to flow through 2 to 3 hour daily workouts. I really wish more people of my generation would let go of their old fashioned beliefs that we need meat and dairy to be healthy. Nothing could be further from the truth. So glad the younger generation is seeing the reality. I wish I had been informed of the corruption and lies of the meat industry when I was younger. The quality of my life would've been much better.

I am vegan since 1990, when I turned 19 years old. I got a lot of more energy, sparkling skin at face and body, eyes went more open and my whole attitude and self-conscious raised up. I wanted to become more muscular but in the first year I got very skinny. I was always almost on raw food and ate just fruits, vegetabels, salad and nuts. I fasted several times and then the miracle of fasting happened to me. With the same food I could take on weight, healthy weight and got with a basic whole-body-movement-training a more muscular body than I had bevor I went vegan. The secret is, that we do not nourish our body with what we eat. We nourish our body with what we can digest and assimilate. Our body is perfect designed to digest and assimilate aminoacid of the plant kingdom in the most healthy way of cooking, the raw vegan kitchen, uncooked and full of enzymes and living cells. Eat living raw plants and you will be a living example of radiant health and fitness.

Even though I’m vegan for almost 4 years✌🏻😀It’s still surprising when I see athletes say they feel better or healthier when these people became vegan, on the bases after hearing most of your life you need animal meat to be strong & healthy, it turns out it seems just the opposite! Also there’s still people that know athletes and celebrities are succeeding on being vegan or plant based, still feel that they won’t benefit out of being vegan 🌱 Then there are those who tried vegan but went off their plant based life style because s/he was losing their health or is having some physical ailment going on with them so they choose for example to eat fish and/or eggs again because they think there is no other choice! No need to go back on meat or dairy, eggs if you don’t give up until you find the correct knowledge of info on nutrients or find a wholistic doctor that is savant in this field about what you need to clean out your system and get healthy✌🏻😀👍🏻🌱

Well serena Williams isn't exactly vegan, she eats meat in the offseason, so it's basically changing her diet that's all, and same goes for lionel messi, so a stupid title, most these atheltes just eat plant based during off season that's all, not vegan at all, messi will be chopping on some chicken before pre season😂
@sergos175 жыл бұрын
Most of the people mentioned in the video are not vegan, they just adopted a plant-based approach towards their diet. I'm vegan myself and this "oh look all these celebrities are vegans and so should you" policy is pissing me off. People should be vegan because they believe it is the right thing to do and not because some random athlete is trying to earn money promoting vegan brands by "adopting a plant based diet". I have no problem with people lowering their consumption of animal products and not being 100% vegan but you should consider changing the title of the video because it is just pure lying.
@jjbutterbeans15155 жыл бұрын
Why not encourage abstaining from eating animal products how ever you can. High profile people who are vegan or plant based can encourage others to go vegan. We have to bring as much light to veganism any way we can.
@sergos175 жыл бұрын
Citizenthirteen I totally understand what they are trying to do and that’s exactly what’s pissing me off. “Name dropping works” ???? No it doesn’t. All it does is make veganism a trend instead of a serious lifestyle philosophy. The same people that go “plant based” because of “name droping” are the ones that are not willing to put in the effort and educate themselves to create healthy habbits and 3 months later, when their health declines they blame it all on veganism and spread all that anti-vegan bullshit. You talk about you being a salesman. We are not trying to make a sale here my friend, we are trying to change how people live, FOREVER to make this world a better place, and the only way we can do this is by spreading facts, logic and truth and not lies like this video is doing.

Jenny Burnett Like i said in my initial comment, i do not think promoting veganism using fake vegan celebrities is a good idea. I believe it’s causing more harm than good you can check my reply to the other comment to see why.

I saw Game Changers on Netflix and got so excited !! My parents were hippies but eating for performance is so liberating!! I have worked in the Sickness industry since I was had a summer job as a punch key operator in '87 at local hospital. worked for BIG Pharma and I agree as Americans we are living in a system to keep us broke, sick, and lonely. I will start a plant based breakfast this week as I wish to make a lasting change. If I cook it, and it taste great, then she will eat it. Also, I forgot to men I am a type 2 diabetic and I HATE taking the Metformin. Stay tuned!!

It's been going very well. I have been eating meatless but not going nuts. It's been fairly simple as I have Amazon Plant based protein in my coffee for breakfast. Then at the he hospital, they have meatless entries which have been delicious and cheaper than the meat. I have had more energy to work out and my pants are starting to get a little loose. I am looking at this as a life style change and so far so good. Thank you for asking!!

@Angažovaná Sépia Ask them why they thought they could survive on a few hundred calories, water fasting and recycled urine, I don't need to, I already know the answer, they are fools. 50 million vegans and growing, we don't need or want a few silly KZbinrs.
