Your advice really resonating. Great your doing this in English (for us lazy folks). I’m only about 18 months starting on track, I so wish I had the this at the beginning of that journey. Your step-by-step instructions with the rationale behind them are excellent and helpful! I would like to know more about inside foot/ankle position. Ball of the foot tucked out of the way in by the peg pivot or out on the tip? Ankle open (>90 deg) or bent more to carry my weight? I see pros doing it both ways. Thank you!

The best video so far I have watched regarding riding stills Thx for your generously 1) positive energy 2) how to improve step by step 3) important common mistakes 4) effectively using video and photos to explain complicate matters 5) I spent over €4000 to learned most of them from racing school in a total 4 days lessons but now it is free in a few minutes video. P.S. going to school is a must, but if u watched it before, it will be more cost effective Questions hope u can help me out 🙏🏼 1) right palm position on throttle during right corners ! Will u grip inward first and brake , then transit to grip edge and roll the throttle for exit? I cannot do this transition ! Will u grip outward first and brake ? Then I find the brake is very sensitive and left hand grip outward and left hand grip inward is strange !

How should I practice lowering the bike? My coach told me that I'm too afraid to do that. But I don't know the limits and I don't know how to practice that. @@michaelczolko6093 From what I experienced as a beginner, vision skill is the most important one (having markers for braking, cornering, apex and exit). If you work on vision, you should succeed in understanding right trajectory. Don't go too fast having only these two though, can be dangerous x') Having right trajectory, you can start working more efficiently on your body position and hanging / use of legs for steering etc. You should eventually touch the knee. Your knee will touch the ground way before tyre limitations. So basically if you have good vision / trajectory / body position, you start riding pretty safe. Then you can start working more on braking, cornering and exit speed and approach the limit gradually if you want to I guess, but being able to ride safely is already super good feeling!

Nice video. I want to add that because it is a sport, it's all about training , you have to built some muscles that takes some time. Especially at legs, that are really destroyed after the end of a day. You can say it's like gym. You can't go and lift 100 kilos at once, even if you are capable.other wise you will just sit your butt at the seat and try to fight with bike. So in my opinion to get as much of satisfaction from this, you need to invest not only at good suspension and carbon wheels but to strengthen the body too is very important. Ps. Ohhh and timer is completly useless for new guys. What's the point of monitoring laps if: -you are 40 seconds slower than the record -your lap times vary 4-5 seconds because of mistakes and because of other riders at track (the newbie group is also very dangerous.. ) So do a favour to yourself whoever is new one and throw that lap timer away
