Hi my loves and welcome to day 1 of this 7 day Pilates & Flexibility challenge!!! In this Pilates challenge we will not only focus on strengthening and toning our muscles, but also on stretching and working on our flexibility. I absolutely love this combination and it's a huge part of my own practice. I hope you will enjoy it just as much, definitely let me know your thoughts in the comments! On day 1 we are focusing on our whole body and there is no equipment needed apart from a mat or a soft surface! Day 2 will be up tomorrow 🫶🏼
