One of the BEST kits, AMT ever built....the Walt's Puffer 285 A/A is a real altered that ran in the early 60's....it makes you want to buy a couple more of the kits just to build as many of the types of dragsters offered. Yeah, the Chevy can be built as a single. Just fantastic!! Good review! And yes,that is so right. Everyone into modelling should own this!

Built this many times...bought Revell engines for more variations.,..stuffed an Allison engine in the fiat!

This was the first model kit I ever bought. I saved my money for 3 months to buy it. It cost $3.50 in the early '60's. My dad was mad because I wasted my hard earned money a box of plastic.

i have this kit its so good , the parts are molded so nice not a whole lot of flashing nice and smooth hardly any sanding needed

Hey great review bro'!!! I've had my eye on this kit for awhile and, you might be interested to note that, I've actually found even better prices for this kit than you mentioned but, you do have to look fairly close at eBay to find better deals and, it might be an occasional phenomenon, rather than the norm... Thanks again and, I will be looking for this kit!!!
