I used Apha crit= Hh/Vdetla formula. H is the sum of all horizontal for floors above, for 2nd floor level it is sum of loads at 2nd, 3rd and roof level. H is the average of storey height at 2nd and 3rd level. V is vertical load for 2nd floor above. Delta is average deflection between 1st and 2nd floor levels. αcr = Hh = 250.5 x 3000 = 6.1 < 10  not OK! VΔ 22431 x 5.5
