Beautiful short but very effective session - I used 1.5kg weights. Lovely twist & stretches to finish 😊💪🥰. Feeling energised - not a bad day dry at least!!

Jacinta, I'm proud of myself. I'm gaining the instinct to know when to breathe out and " rib to hip connection" has become my pilates ear worm. Feeling great & it's all thanks to you. Been following every week for at least 4 months now, perseverance pays. I'm in Wales, UK xxx

❤ I am a former dancer, I absolutely love your workouts; so glad I found your channel. One request, would you consider either doing music only or speaking with no music? If you do instructions in silence we can have our own music playing in the background and work out in tempo. Thank you again.

I have thought of doing no music for some workouts too. It’s a hard decision as some people want both audio and music because it’s easy for them. I’ll definitely consider. There are some just music no talking videos on here too. Thanks for your lovely comment and feedback. Jacinta

@@PostureTonicI’m on the opposite end of the spectrum, I love your channel BECAUSE it has music AND talking. With no talking, there are no clear instructions and with no music, it feels awkward and unmotivating to me. I already struggle to want to workout, but with music, it makes it more fun. Love your channel! ❤

Loved this new workout -the warm up, the light dumbbells were perfect and the strong leg & ab work with those beautiful twists and stretches at the end plus it was nice & short🙄😍💪 yes another beautiful warm day here in the UK🌞😊 (reached 25°C yesterday 👍)
