High Intensity Low Impact Interval Training (HILIIT) will keep your heart rate up and keep the intensity high, but with all low impact exercises. Two rounds, with shorter intervals and new options in round 2.

LOVED this so much 😍. I’ve never heard it referred to as HILIT. I love how my brain had to work to make the choice to keep it low-impact, especially on the rainbow slam knee raise 😂😂😂. Who knew it was so hard to raise your arms and your knees at the same time rather than bringing them together?!! Thanks Amy. This was awesome.

I just finished this workout with my 3 year old watching and trying some moves with me and she told me mommy when I grow up I want to move like you are now. Inspiring to keep moving forward and just be where I am today which I love that you say that every time! I love the HILIT style! No jumping makes a big difference for me becasue I can actually do all the moves and keep my heart rate up! When other workouts have a lot of jumping, I struggle to want to finish becasue I feel like I am so behind fitness wise! Perfect way to start my day!

Amazing on so many levels. I was someone who thought you had to be jumping around to get the high intensity in and never thought about 'weights'. But as I've got older with various foot injuries had to look for different things and your workouts have had a great impact on 'where I'm at today' and realise that you can get all the intensity you need whether jumping around or not and always giving us options! So thank you so much for your hard work in posting these videos which is truly appreciated.

Loved it. Super practical for me as fibromyalgia particularly in my knees makes high impact difficult. I just returned from a week in Glacier NP Montana on 6.16.22 but it's taken a few days to find open time to come back to this program. BFbA prepared me well for the hi-intensity hikes I did out there. Now I need to slowly resume this program with weights eventually. So I re-started here with this workout I remember doing earlier. This was just what I needed. This HILIIT workout had me sweating and working hard without straining or going gung-ho gonzo out of the gate. Excellent! Thank you Amy. I'll rejoin your excellent daily program again after I take a week or so to work my way back with some of these no-equipment, HILIIT cardio routines. Wish I could click the "like" thumbs up again :)

Loved it! Thanks for the advice on moving to fight the soreness. I was a little stiff at the beginning but I kept on moving. Funny but the first set reminder me of salsa dancing 💃🏻 and the slide and hop set reminded me of me shooting 🏀 baskets. Thank you it was fun!

When I looked at this one on the calendar and saw that it was a 26 minute workout, I thought to myself “I’m feeling a little ambitious, let me find one that’s a bit longer.” But then I thought, “Nah, just stick to the calendar.” And phew!
