I love that you combined abs and cardio and even added a little kickboxing!! Kickboxing is a great way to get your heart rate up while also toning your arms and abs and keeping it low impact.

@@lorihayes6746 it’s a simple google search away the act of “toning” ur body is actually just losing weight and building muscle yes you can work a certain muscle group to build that muscle but it is scientifically impossible to pick where you lose subcutaneous fat it’s down to genetics

Loved this HILIT format! I'm going to have to look for more of these on your page. So often I feel like I can't keep up bc of various injuries and or too much coordination required. But this was perfect and I'm proud to say I completed the whole thing without having to take breaks.

Thank you for this! I recently had knee surgery at 7 months postpartum and was non weight bearing for six weeks. This was the perfect workout routine to get me back into it - lots of heart pumping intensity but easy on my knee and perfect for someone who is having a hard time feeling good about exercise. Love this! As someone with creaky knees it's wonderful to have a low impact workout yet my heart rate was pumping! Burned more calories than the treadmill or elliptical 😂 and it was more fun!

I would love more low impact and bodyweight strength workouts as cannot use weights nor high impact anymore. I exercise barefoot now to help my arthritic feet so again the above is good for my feet.
