I had fun with this workout, but it was hard for me to keep up. I have never been very coordinated so I found myself doing my own thing - similar but not quite the same as what I was supposed to be doing. This is why I prefer to workout at home rather than a gym class. This way, I'm the only one who knows how far off I am. But hey, I still feel like I got a good work out. I showed up but I did me.

I like the ladder format bc I feel it helps me improve endurance. The whole workout feels good for the total body. It's a good hard work workout. The final set was problematic for me. I just didn't get the rhythm of it, became frustrated w myself, rushed it, distracted by proper hand placement with the side lunges. I should have stopped or picked one movement to isolate as you instruct us to do but my brain didn't fire that wisdom to my body in the moment so I strained my lower back (too easy to do). My bad. I mention it here in case it helps another avoid doing what I did. I know better but I just didn't do. Excellent workout regardless. I plan to come back and do it again. 44

Love your workouts, but I wasn't feeling this workout, so I completed it anyways. I do recognize some of the things that distract me and throw me off during certain circuits. For myself, I will just need to make small adjustments throughout some of the workouts going forward. Overall, I guess we can't love them all, as long as we tried and showed up!
